Refund & Cancellation
At Jireh Herbal, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our transparent refund and cancellation process.

1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, or before order has been confirmed, for a full , hassle-free refund.

After Shipment:
Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to refuse delivery or follow our return process after receiving the product.
2. Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is physically damaged or defective.
- An incorrect product was delivered (doesn't match your order).
- The product is significantly different from its description on our website.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
- Products with missing serial numbers or tampered labels.
- Items damaged due to improper storage or self-mishandling.
- "Change of mind" after the product has been unsealed.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your return is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Approved:
Processed within 5-10 business days directly to your original payment method (Card/UPI/Wallet).
COD Orders:
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made via Bank Transfer. Our team will request your IFSC and Account details once the return is approved.
4. How to Raise a Request
Follow these steps for a smooth return experience:
Email us within 7 days with your Order ID.
Attach clear photos/videos of the issue.
Await approval within 24 business hours.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/wrong item), Jireh Herbal will bear the full cost of the return logistics.
